Forestry 101 Information Session @ Secondaire Cité-Supérieure in Marathon

NFMC welcomed the opportunity to provide a forestry information session to grade 11 and grade 12 students from École Secondaire Cité-Supérieure.(Marathon) Thank you to Mrs. Tania Reid Watson, Directrice/Principal, for the invitation.
Brett Redden, NFMC’s Public Relations and Marketing Coordinator, presented information to the grade 12 graduating class, so as to answer questions in regard to its scholarships program. NFMC’s Forestry Operations Technical Specialist(FOT), Joshua DeJong, took the lead and provided a presentation to the grade 11/12 class to discuss his role as a FOT and role within NFMC. He also discussed NFMC’s role within the forest.
