Request for Proposals (RFP)- 2025 Adik Creek Road Decommissioning Project

Nawiinginokiima Forest Management Corporation (NFMC) is seeking proposals for road decommissioning work to be completed on the Pic Forest in the summer of 2025. The project objective is to decommission Adik Creek Road, all operational roads that come off of Adik Creek Road, and most operational roads that come off of Flanders Lake Road between kilometers 25 and 33. This will include:

  1. Removing one water crossing
  2. Decompacting approximately 85km of road
  3. Ditching and berming on either side of one railway crossing
  4. Ditching and berming the beginnings of 5 roads to make them impassable to any kind of vehicle traffic (including ATV traffic)
