Team Trivia Night for Team NFMC
Team NFMC, a.k.a. trivia team name *The Boreal Buffs* had a wonderful night on trivia night at the Marathon Legion. Thank you to Marathon Public Library for organizing the event as well as the volunteers at the Marathon Legion for their hard work. Another great turn out along with a great team-building experience.
The Boreal Buffs are 2-0 and will attempt for a 3-peat at next month’s trivia night.

On a fun-fact Trivia and a Forestry note, what is the longest living thing on earth? A Great Basin bristlecone pine (Pinus longaeva) in California’s White Mountains named Methuselah comes in at 4,850 years old. But the oldest tree, is an unnamed bristlecone pine from the same location, has a core suggesting it is 5,067 years old. (Source/photo credit: BBC CrowdScience).
