NFMCS’s 2025 FSC® WHITE RIVER FOREST AUDIT IS NOW COMPLETE

Recently, NFMC participated in its annual on-site Forest Stewardship Council®(FSC®) audit of the White River Forest. The audit is to ensure its work meets the strict standards set by FSC®. Additionally, it ensures that all sustainability measures are being maintained, which allows NFMC to hold FSC® certification on the White River Forest- FSC-C120382.
The certification proves to wood buyers that products meet the FSC® Forest Management standard and the forest is managed sustainably, in turn, creating a higher market for our wood supply.
A product displaying the FSC® label, see enclosed photo, indicates that you’re purchasing a product from a responsibly managed forest. The label is located on millions of products from all over the world, from lumber to even paper products in your own home. How many labels can you find on products around your own home?”
